In a September 5 interview on the Today show to promote his new film, The Cut, Orlando Bloom discussed his life after the split from Katy Perry. The actor confirmed he's doing well and expressed gratitude for his 5-year-old daughter, Daisy, whom he shares with Perry.

"We're doing well. We're going to be OK. There's no shortage of love between us," Bloom told the host.

Bloom and Perry announced their separation in early July, emphasizing their commitment to co-parenting their daughter. Their nearly 10-year relationship began in 2016. After a brief breakup in 2017, they rekindled their romance in 2018. Daisy was born in August 2020. The couple planned a June 2021 wedding but postponed it due to Covid-19.

Before his relationship with the "Roar" singer, Bloom was married to model Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013. They have a 14-year-old son, Flynn, and remain friends. Kerr also maintains a good relationship with Perry.

On The Kyle and Jackie O Show on September 4, Kerr confirmed the amicable nature of Bloom and Perry's separation. She recounted attending Daisy's birthday party with Bloom and Perry on August 26. The three conversed and took photos together.

"I thought it was quite funny. Katy sent me a photo of Orlando with his two exes. But everyone was genuinely smiling. We are, and always will be, one big, happy family," Kerr added.

The 48-year-old Bloom, born in England, is known for his roles as Legolas in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and Will Turner in the Pirates of the Caribbean series.

Perry, 41, is an American singer and songwriter, and a prominent pop icon of the 2010s. She has numerous hit songs with over a billion views on YouTube, including: Dark Horse, Roar, Bon Appetit, Firework, Last Friday Night, and Hot N Cold. Perry was previously married to British comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012; they have no children together.
