On the evening of 14/9, Que Anh passed her crown to the newly crowned Miss Grand Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi. For her final walk, she wore a gown titled "Crown of Radiance," designed by Nguyen Minh Tuan.
The gold, see-through gown was designed to complement the Miss Grand Vietnam crown. Nguyen Minh Tuan said he wanted to celebrate the beauty and strength of modern women.
The gown featured flowing lines and thousands of stones, crystals, and sequins. These details evoked the image of stars shining in the Milky Way. The shoulders were designed in a 3D, light-beam style, while the skirt resembled blooming flower petals.

On stage, Que Anh reflected on her year as Miss Grand Vietnam. She reminisced about both the joyful and challenging moments. "I know my path hasn't always been smooth. I've embraced every challenge as an opportunity for growth," she stated.
