Song Hye Kyo alluring in Chaumet high jewelry

Actress Song Hye Kyo opted for a minimalist style with a neutral strapless dress, accentuating her look with the "Josephine" diamond jewelry collection.

The French brand's exhibition, held at the Cociety Seongsu art space in Seoul, invited visitors to explore the profound connection between Chaumet and nature. This ethos dates back to 1780, when founder Marie-Etienne Nitot laid the groundwork for nature-inspired jewelry craftsmanship. This philosophy resonates deeply with Korean culture, where nature plays a significant role in art and spiritual life.

The luxury jewelry brand Chaumet recently launched its "Jewels by Nature" high jewelry collection exhibition in Seoul, South Korea, in late May. The event featured global brand ambassador, actress Song Hye Kyo.

To celebrate the fusion of French and Korean cultures, Chaumet collaborated with contemporary artist Miso Shim. Drawing inspiration from Korean Minhwa folk paintings, Shim created digital artworks that offered a fresh perspective on Chaumet's heritage and contemporary tiara designs.

For the event, Song Hye Kyo wore a neutral lace strapless dress, highlighting her alluring charm. In contrast to a previous appearance where she sported a Clover and Fern necklace adorned with Colombian emeralds from the "Jewels by Nature" collection, this time she embraced an elegant, minimalist aesthetic with diamond jewelry from the Josephine collection.

Her ensemble featured a statement necklace, distinguished by its unique V-shaped craftsmanship that echoes the form of an Aigrette tiara. The design seamlessly connected soft, interwoven diamond strands that gracefully embraced her neck. Completing the look were close-fitting earrings and a large, multi-tiered diamond ring.

Guests embarked on a curated journey through various display spaces. The experience began with historical tiaras in the opening section, followed by the aesthetic flow of the Josephine collection, showcasing elegant forms and colored gemstones. The journey concluded in the area dedicated to the "Jewels by Nature" high jewelry collection.

The "Jewels by Nature" collection draws inspiration from the botanical world, a theme intertwined with Chaumet for over two centuries. The designs meticulously recreate the imagery of leaves, flowers, and the subtle movements of nature through exquisite jewelry craftsmanship and diverse colored gemstones. This collection exemplifies how the brand interprets natural beauty with a contemporary vision.
