Ly Nha Ky is a longtime friend of Ho Quang Hieu. She considers herself the "matchmaker" because the couple met at a party she hosted.

The wedding reception for the singer and former model Tue Nhu took place at 5 pm in the garden of a resort in Binh Duong ward. Due to traffic, many celebrities arrived almost three hours late.

Actors Nhat Kim Anh and Quoc Truong expressed their regret at missing the ceremony. However, they spent time at the reception sharing memories and congratulating Ho Quang Hieu and Tue Nhu.
