The fourth Blue Dragon Series Awards (for original series and OTT shows broadcast via internet platforms) took place at Paradise City, Jung-gu, Incheon. Yoona received praise for her elaborate Oscar de la Renta gown and Qeelin jewelry. For the fourth consecutive year, she and artist Jun Hyun Mo hosted the event.

Due to the voluminous nature of her gown, Yoona experienced some difficulty moving and stumbled. According to Osen, she remained composed and handled the situation gracefully.
