Jiang Zuoping, 47, has accused her 25-year-old ex-boyfriend, Cung Ich Dinh, of drugging, sexually assaulting, and filming her naked without her consent, according to UDN on 5/9. The actress is demanding an apology and 13 million New Taiwan dollars in compensation, which she plans to donate to charity. Police are investigating the allegations. Jiang stated she is emotionally distraught and will give her official statement to the police when she is more composed.
In earlier social media posts, Jiang detailed her relationship with Cung. The two had dated and broken up in June. The alleged incident occurred after their separation. Following a gathering with friends, Cung visited Jiang's home. Taking advantage of her fatigue, he allegedly switched her medication with a powder that rendered her unconscious. Cung then allegedly assaulted her and sent the video to several people. Upon regaining consciousness, Jiang asked him to delete the video, but he reportedly threatened her.

Cung acknowledged dating Jiang but claimed they broke up at the end of 8/2025, not in June as she stated. He denied the assault allegations, claiming she is "unstable and fabricating stories" because she couldn't accept the breakup.
In response to Cung’s denial, Jiang accused him of having narcissistic personality disorder and exaggerating his own importance.

The incident has also implicated Cung’s father, Cung My Phu, the deputy general director of Sanlih E-Television. Jiang and others allege that Cung My Phu condoned his son's actions and attempted to silence her. Cung Ich Dinh is also accused of using his father's influence to harass others.
Sanlih E-Television released a statement on 5/9 announcing that Cung My Phu has been suspended from his position to cooperate with the investigation, according to CNA. The network emphasized its commitment to "maintaining a strict and safe workplace and does not tolerate sexual harassment."
Cung My Phu stated he is fully cooperating with the company's internal investigation. "I am Ich Dinh’s father, and I believe him. Ich Dinh is an adult, and if he has done wrong, he must take responsibility. But I believe the law will ultimately clear his name," he said.
Jiang expressed outrage at the responses of Cung My Phu and Cung Ich Dinh to Mirro Media. Having known Cung My Phu and his wife for years, she said she felt betrayed by their attempts to "protect their son".
