Thanh Hang's life in her 40s

Supermodel Thanh Hang is busy with shows, diligently maintains her physical fitness, and enjoys a romantic life with her husband at 42.

Thanh Hang's assistant helps her with wardrobe, makeup, and hair for filming Vietnam's Next Top Model 2025. This year, she is one of three judges alongside designer Do Manh Cuong and creative director Ha Do. She said the intense filming schedule from morning to night leaves her and the crew exhausted, "sometimes without time to eat," having to grab a quick bite during short breaks.

Thanh Hang familiarizes herself with a horse before demonstrating a photoshoot for Next Top contestants. She said the practical experience on horseback helps her guide the contestants more accurately.

At 42, Thanh Hang has a successful career and a happy family. In addition to her role as a judge on the reality show, she receives many invitations to fashion and cosmetics events.

Thanh Hang is in high demand for advertising, serving as an ambassador in various fields, including technology and automobiles. She is also busy with photoshoots for world-renowned brands like Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Loewe, Cartier, and Bulgari.

Despite many new faces in the fashion industry, she remains the top choice for many domestic fashion houses. Thanh Hang regularly catwalks and serves as the vedette for many shows, big and small. Sharing the runway with younger models, Thanh Hang said she remains confident, constantly honing her skills to keep up. The model believes her experience and professional work ethic earn her the trust and affection of designers.

The supermodel has a large fan base that always remembers her birthday. On her personal page, she frequently expresses gratitude to her fans through posts and photos. "Being loved by everyone is a great motivation that helps me stay strong and passionate about my work," she said.

This year, in addition to spending her birthday with family and friends, Thanh Hang also dedicated time to giving gifts to those in need. She said she always strives to be a person who gives more.

To maintain her health and physique, Thanh Hang practices gym workouts, yoga, cycling, and running. These exercises help her tone, strengthen, and maintain her figure. Occasionally, she also practices Muay Thai with her husband, conductor Tran Nhat Minh.

After a day's work, Thanh Hang said she always wants to spend time relaxing with her husband. They often have weekend dates, enjoying romantic moments. Beyond their personal lives, they also support each other's work. Thanh Hang often attends her husband's performances, and Nhat Minh accompanies his wife to entertainment industry events.

In their free time, the couple enjoys vacations together. They are looking forward to their first child but are not in a hurry. Thanh Hang believes children are a blessing. She wants to be in optimal health and have everything well-prepared before becoming a mother.
