Entrepreneur and designer Victoria Beckham posted a photo of her son on a summer vacation and wrote, "Happy birthday! You are everything to us. The family loves you so much. Every day, your love and kindness fill everyone's hearts,".

Younger brother Cruz also wished Romeo a happy birthday, while older brother Brooklyn made no public acknowledgment. For several months, Brooklyn has been rumored to be estranged from his family.

Romeo is often said to resemble his father the most among the three brothers. During a modeling gig, he sported one of his father's famous hairstyles. The father and son have often been seen wearing similar outfits and accessories.
