The program's stage, equipped with large, modern LED screens, was set up next to the Hanoi Flag Tower. In addition to Hanoi, the artistic evening took place in two other locations: Hue and Ho Chi Minh City. Before the show began, many people, in addition to those with tickets, gathered outside, waiting to watch the performances and the fireworks display at the end of the event.

The concert featured artists such as Dang Duong, Trong Tan, My Linh, and Ha Anh Tuan. In addition to musical performances, artists presented excerpts from the play "Me and Us" (by playwright Luu Quang Vu) and the poem "Country" (by poet Nguyen Khoa Diem).

The Central Commission for Propaganda and Education chaired the program, in coordination with the cities. Thanks to the popularity of recent "national concerts," most notably "Homeland in My Heart" (held on 10/8 at My Dinh Stadium), this event, part of a series of activities commemorating 2/9, garnered significant public interest.
