To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (2/9), the Viet Nam Love project launched a content creation contest based on Tuan Cry's song "Kiep sau van la nguoi Viet Nam" (I'll Still Be Vietnamese in My Next Life). The contest, which runs until 15/9, features three community-focused categories: Pride Dance, Remix Contest - Cover Contest, and Before-After Challenge.
Prizes total over 200 million VND. Winners will have the opportunity to perform and be featured on the Viet Nam Love and T Production Facebook pages, as well as at the Gala Nhac Viet (Vietnamese Music Gala). To further energize the campaign, the organizers will give away 1,000 t-shirts and scarves from the Viet Nam Love collection through both online and offline activities.
Over the past week, the Pride Dance category has attracted thousands of young participants. Across social media, fans are posting videos incorporating lyrics and melodies from "Kiep sau van la nguoi Viet Nam", expressing patriotism and national pride. Others are creating eye-catching dances reflecting the song's powerful and patriotic spirit.

Released about two weeks ago, "Kiep sau van la nguoi Viet Nam"—part of the Viet Nam Love community project—has seen a steady increase in listens, praised for its emotional music and celebration of national pride. The song topped the Zing Chart, iTunes Chart, and iTunes Pre-Order.
The audio version also surpassed one million views on YouTube in 5 days and has been performed on several major stages. Notably, singer Thanh Duy and People's Artist Thu Huyen performed Tuan Cry's song at the national concert "To Quoc trong tim" (Homeland in My Heart), sparking widespread discussion on social media. Cover versions by Thanh Ngoc and a group of volunteer artists have also received positive feedback.
The song was arranged by MyoMouse and LongX, with Nguyen Hai Phong as music director. Tuan Cry and his team developed the concept with a focus on homeland and country, aiming to inspire Vietnamese unity during the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day. The music video features People's Artist Thu Huyen and four singers: Duong Hoang Yen, Lam Bao Ngoc, Quoc Thien, and Quan A.P.
Tuan Cry said that during the songwriting process, he watched numerous videos and read comments about the spirit of solidarity among Vietnamese people during Typhoon Yagi in 2024. He also drew inspiration from producer MyoMouse's "Blood and Tears" project commemorating the Liberation of Hanoi. "I shared the project and my vision with MyoMouse, and he was very enthusiastic. Everything went smoothly afterward because we both wanted to collaborate," Tuan Cry said.
