The concert will take place at 8 p.m. at the Ho Chi Minh City Municipal Theatre, commemorating the 33rd anniversary of Vietnam-South Korea diplomatic relations and the 32nd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO). According to the organizers, the performance, conducted by Tran Nhat Minh, will treat the audience to 16 classic works by composers Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Donizetti, Rossini, and Leonard Bernstein.

The participating artists include Pham Khanh Ngoc, Pham Trang, Pham Duyen Huyen, and Dao Nhat Quang. Five guest artists from South Korea are Cho Hae Ryong, Lee Dong Min, Choi Seung Hyun, Lee Jae Sig, and Park Joung Min.
Cho Hae Ryong is a leading mezzo-soprano in South Korea, having participated in over 400 international concerts. Lee Dong Min is a soprano who graduated in Germany and was honored by Welt am Sonntag as the Outstanding Young Opera Voice in 2018.

The program opens with the overture from Mozart's La clemenza di Tito, composed for the coronation of King Leopold II in 1791. It continues with famous solos such as Parto! Ma tu ben mio, Sull'aria Che soave zeffiretto from Le nozze di Figaro, and excerpts from Verdi's Rigoletto and Puccini's Turandot.
The second part features Spanish rhythms from Carmen, solos like Largo al factotum from Il barbiere di Siviglia, Ah! Mes amis, quel jour de fete! from the opera La fille du regiment, and Glitter and be gay from Candide. Ticket prices range from 500,000 to 850,000 VND.
