Doctor Ngo Quang Ho, an experienced dermatologist, led the workshop. He stressed that acne is a chronic skin condition, not merely a cosmetic concern, requiring medical understanding and treatment over emotional approaches or "folk remedies." Doctor Ho detailed the biological causes, contributing factors, and formation mechanisms of acne, highlighting its complex, persistent, and recurrent nature. Attendees also received updated medical knowledge and had prevalent misconceptions about current acne treatments addressed.
Following the expert presentations, the workshop transitioned into a discussion, providing participants an opportunity to ask questions and receive specific advice from specialists.

Concurrently, the "skin analysis and personal consultation" zone, managed by the Actidem team, garnered significant attention. Guests underwent professional skin analysis using specialized equipment, which assessed factors like oil levels, hydration, elasticity, pore condition, and acne damage, providing a clear understanding of their skin's actual state.
Utilizing the skin analysis results, Actidem specialists provided personalized skincare recommendations. They also presented Actidem's specialized product range for acne-prone and sensitive skin, formulated to reduce inflammation, combat bacteria, and regulate sebum. These products aim to enhance the skin's protective barrier, minimize acne recurrence, and promote healthy, smooth, and even-toned skin recovery.
