E Hospital representatives stated on 13/1 that doctors had timely saved this patient from acute blood loss. Upon admission, the patient's entire abdomen was bruised with widespread hematoma, and blood flowed uncontrollably from the incisions. The patient exhibited severe dizziness and nausea. Following an emergency consultation among specialists, the medical team intervened promptly to save the victim's life. The woman remains hospitalized for close monitoring of complications.

To prepare her appearance for the upcoming Tet holiday, the woman had sought a private aesthetic facility for a combo procedure: abdominal liposuction, facial fat grafting, and buttock fat grafting. The surgery lasted from 7 to 8 hours, leading to severe exhaustion and immediate complications.
Dr. Le Thi Nga, a specialist from the Plastic and Maxillofacial Aesthetic Surgery Department at E Hospital, affirmed that liposuction is a complex, invasive surgery requiring strict procedures, not as simple as advertised. According to Dr. Nga, undergoing such procedures at unqualified facilities lacking anesthesia-resuscitation systems and specialist doctors can lead to disastrous consequences.
Experts warn that common complications include: anesthetic allergy, hematoma, and seroma leading to infection. More dangerously, patients may face pulmonary embolism, cerebral embolism, or respiratory failure. Furthermore, this surgery requires an absolute sterile environment to prevent necrosis – the most severe complication, which often occurs at facilities lacking expertise.
As Tet approaches, many unlicensed spas and clinics are aggressively advertising "fast, painless, and affordable" services to attract clients. Doctors advise the public to only undergo aesthetic procedures at reputable hospitals that have adequate emergency equipment and a team of licensed doctors to protect their lives.
