Six individuals have been detained, while five defendants aged 16 to under 18 have been released on bail, the Quang Tri Provincial Police Investigation Agency announced on 28/4.

According to the investigation, on the night of 18/4 and early 19/4, the group of teenagers gathered, rode motorcycles recklessly, swerving and using weapons, causing chaos in Dong Ha and Nam Dong Ha wards.
On 22/4, the Police Investigation Agency initiated criminal proceedings for public disturbance.
Police identified 21 teenagers involved in the incident. Through searches and investigations, authorities temporarily seized six motorcycles, a metal bar with a bayonet blade, a homemade trident, and a sword.
In connection with the case, 10 individuals under 16 years old were administratively sanctioned.
The investigation agency is expanding the case.
