One week after the raids, on 25/8, the Quang Tri Provincial Police Department launched 12 criminal cases with 39 suspects for the illegal organization of drug use.

At 11:45 PM on 16/8, 400 police officers simultaneously raided the two establishments. At seven tables in Nonstop and five tables in Victory, police seized laughing gas, compressed N20 canisters, white crystalline ketamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Inside Nonstop, 79 out of 141 people tested positive for drugs. At Victory, police caught 25 individuals organizing illegal drug use. Nearly 70 out of 125 people present tested positive.

Today, Quang Tri police reported nearly 150 positive tests, including 17 staff members and 129 patrons. After investigation, police identified 39 individuals involved in organizing drug use, linked to various sources, leading to the 12 criminal cases.
