On the evening of 16/8, during a crackdown on crime, the Traffic Police Department, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Division, observed dozens of teens speeding, weaving through traffic, and forming lines across a road in Phuoc Hai commune. Police intervened, detaining 25 individuals and impounding 20 motorcycles suspected of illegal modifications.
Investigators determined the individuals' actions threatened public safety and other road users, leading to the charges.
