Around midnight on 24/2, Toan, a resident of Dong Ha ward, entered the home of Mrs. My, aged 79, in the same neighborhood. Discovering her asleep, Toan threatened and restrained her before stealing a pair of 24K gold earrings and over one million dong. He then fled the scene.
