Pham Quang Thien, 47, residing in Ha Noi, was arrested and detained on 4/12 by the Investigative Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security, according to the Ministry of Public Security.

He faces charges of making, storing, disseminating, and propagandizing information and materials against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as stipulated under Article 117 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, the Security Agency prosecuted Le Trung Khoa and Do Van Nga, residing in Gia Lai province, for investigation into similar acts.

Le Trung Khoa, 54, is a native of Thanh Hoa. His permanent residence before leaving the country was at Alley 81, Lang Street, Dong Da ward, Ha Noi. He holds passport number N1263389, issued on 23/12/2008 at the Vietnamese embassy in the Federal Republic of Germany.

On 5/12, the Investigative Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a warrant for Khoa along with Nguyen Van Dai.
