On 19/9, the Supreme People's Procuracy issued an indictment against Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (beauty queen Thuy Tien), Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot - CER Corporation), Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs, Member of the Board of Directors), Le Tuan Linh (Director and legal representative of CER Corporation), and Le Thanh Cong (Member of the Board of Directors) for the crime of misleading customers, under Clause 2, Article 198 of the Penal Code.

According to the indictment, the SuperGreens Gummies (Kera candies) were a collaborative idea of beauty queen Thuy Tien and CER Corporation's shareholders. The group agreed to establish Kera Vietnam Corporation, with Thuy Tien contributing a 25% stake.
The trio of key opinion leaders (KOLs) — Thuy Tien, Quang Linh, and Hang Du Muc — were responsible for filming videos and livestreams to introduce the product on social media, a familiar activity for them. Thuy Tien also served as the brand ambassador and participated in the company's events and charitable activities.
Throughout the research, testing, and production process, Thuy Tien and the Chi Em Rot group, despite being owners, allegedly neglected quality and ingredients. They reportedly focused solely on the appearance and packaging of Kera candies to concentrate on online advertising.
The trio's first livestream on 12/12/2024 was a resounding success: over 2,800 orders and 400 million VND in revenue in just a few hours. A craze for the Kera vegetable candies began, prompting Thuy Tien to demand a 5-10% increase in her profit share. Ultimately, she was granted a 30% ownership (a 5% increase from the initial agreement).

Six livestreams advertising, introducing, and selling the product took place on Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc's personal TikTok channels between 12/12/2024 and 16/1/2025. Thuy Tien participated in three of these sessions.
During the livestreams, Tien, Linh, and Hang allegedly made false claims about the benefits of Kera candies. Quang Linh stated, "One candy is equivalent to a plate of boiled vegetables because of the added fiber from fruits and vegetables," and "If you don't have vegetables, you have this easy-to-eat product."
Thuy Tien shared, "Kera is a candy that supplements fiber and nutrients for everyone, not just for people who don't eat vegetables like me. Each candy contains 10 different kinds of fruits and vegetables along with vitamins."
Following these alleged exaggerated advertisements, from the initial launch on 12/12/2024 until quality concerns arose in mid-2/2025, CER sold 129,617 boxes of Kera candies to 56,385 customers, generating 17.5 billion VND. After deducting production costs, investigators accuse the group of illicitly profiting 12.4 billion VND.
In the same case, Nguyen Phong (Chairman of Asia Life) and several others are accused of producing counterfeit food products. However, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency decided to separate their actions for further investigation and processing due to the need for additional time.
