I work Monday through Saturday, with Sunday as my only day off. However, for the past few months, my boss has required me to work overtime on Sundays.
Initially, I agreed, thinking I could help the company. But I gradually realized that there are almost no customers on Sundays. It's a waste of time, and I don't have enough time for my family.
So, I asked my boss to no longer schedule me for Sunday overtime, explaining my reasons. I was met with insulting remarks that hurt me deeply and affected my mental and physical health, despite my dedicated work.
I can no longer work for such a boss. If I resign immediately without the legally required notice period, would I be in breach of contract?
