Hai Phong City Police announced on March 2 that they are temporarily detaining and questioning four people to clarify an intentional injury incident that occurred in An Duong ward.

According to initial verification, at approximately 2:30 PM on March 1, Le Xuan Tuan, driving a truck with a Hanoi license plate, was in the Giua Luong Quy residential group, An Duong ward. He encountered a 5-seater car parked in the middle of the road, which obstructed traffic.

Tuan actively steered his truck to the right shoulder to allow the car to pass. However, as the 5-seater car drove past, its driver lowered the window and spat at Tuan.

Immediately after, three people exited the car and assaulted Tuan, breaking bones in his nose.

The incident also caused traffic congestion and public disorder. The actions of those involved were recorded by local residents.
