The farm, located in Thuong Tho village, Nguyen Du commune, was accessible only by a narrow, winding road and protected by two layers of security. The outer layer consisted of three people continuously patrolling the access roads to provide early warnings. In the inner layer, a person stationed directly at the entrance to the gambling room was ready to raise the alarm.
Police seized over 400 million VND in cash, a porcelain bowl and dish set with four dice, and other related items.
The farm owner, Nguyen Quang Hung, 36, residing in Quynh Phu commune, is in custody.
