Guide to choosing the correct place to file personal income tax finalization documents 2025

For the past few years, due to taking on additional freelance work, at the end of each year, I have had to personally complete the personal income tax finalization procedures instead of authorizing my company to do it for me.

Everything would have been smoother if I had filed the documents with the correct receiving agency from the start. Choosing the wrong filing location cost me a lot of time, leading to frustration and almost causing me to give up. However, the prospect of receiving a tax refund motivated me to patiently follow the instructions of the tax officer and await the results.

This year, I must again finalize my personal income tax myself. To avoid repeating past mistakes and difficulties, I respectfully request your publication to advise me on identifying the correct place to file personal income tax finalization documents for 2025. My goal is to complete the procedures quickly and receive my tax refund promptly. Thank you sincerely.
