Tin allegedly lent money to approximately 20 women at interest rates of 30-48% per month, starting late last year. He required borrowers to provide nude photos and identification documents as collateral before disbursing funds. If he met them in person, he would take explicit photos of them himself.
If the women wanted additional loans, Tin reportedly demanded sexual favors and filmed encounters, treating this as a form of repayment. He is estimated to have lent a total of over 100 million VND.
Police searched Tin's residence and seized documents and images related to his activities.
