According to the investigation, the incident occurred on the afternoon of 15/3. The shipper arrived at a hotel in Gia Dinh ward to deliver food ordered via an app. The recipient requested the package be left at the reception, but with no staff present, the shipper asked the customer to collect it directly.
When Huy came out, an argument ensued regarding the delivery method. The man then repeatedly struck the shipper's head, causing her to fall to the street. Her motorbike landed on her leg.
Nearby residents helped her up, but Huy continued to push her, causing her to fall a second time. The assault ceased only when several bystanders intervened.

Following the incident, police brought Huy to the station for questioning. He admitted to assaulting the shipper due to "anger during the argument". The victim received assistance from residents and was later taken to a hospital for examination.
Ho Chi Minh City Police stated that using violence to resolve disputes is unacceptable and will be severely punished. Authorities advise citizens to behave civilly and control anger to avoid legal consequences.
