When summoned, Thuan stated that on the evening of 23/6, he was frustrated by family matters because his wife had left. He then drove his motorbike on the streets. When he arrived at the Tran Hung Dao - Hung Vuong intersection, Thuan encountered a taxi turning without signaling. Believing the driver had violated traffic laws, he overtook and blocked the car, continuously uttered challenges, and repeatedly crashed his motorbike into the front of the taxi.
