According to the police, in the early morning of 13/11, Quang drove a motorbike with Hieu to a woman's house in Huu Thu village, Tam Duong commune. Hieu stood guard outside while Quang picked up an iron bar about 40 cm long before breaking into the house, searching for valuables to steal.
After an unsuccessful search, Quang entered the homeowner's bedroom, where she was with her daughter, and threatened her by pressing the iron bar against her neck. Attacked unexpectedly in the dark, the female homeowner was terrified, mistaking the object for a sword, and was forced to give Quang a Redmi Note 14 phone, valued at approximately 6 million dong. Afterwards, Quang opened the victim's motorbike trunk and took a leather wallet containing 200,000 dong.
At 3:00 p.m. the same day, the victim had calmed down enough to report the incident to the police. Six hours later, the two suspects were arrested.
