It is also the first national-level center to receive the highest international certifications, meeting the highest standards for disaster recovery, security, and safety.
The total investment was approximately 18,000 billion VND. However, the actual cost for the project packages was 16,800 billion VND, resulting in savings of nearly 1,200 billion VND—over 7%. "In short, the Ministry of Public Security has excellently completed the task assigned by the Party and State, ensuring compliance with requirements, schedule, and cost savings," the Prime Minister commended.

Looking ahead, the Prime Minister mandated that the center become the "heart" of national digital transformation, pioneering in data connection, sharing, and openness. This will create a secure and reliable data ecosystem that all stakeholders can effectively utilize.
He urged everyone to operate with the spirit of "one unified system, one unique dataset, one seamless service." The center's staff must have "passionate hearts and intelligent, creative, and innovative minds."
According to the Ministry of Public Security, with its standardized design and construction, the center will provide station infrastructure and cloud computing platform infrastructure for agencies and organizations. This ensures synchronicity, modernity, high security, and avoids waste.
The data at the center is considered the core foundation for providing related services, supporting policy planning, fostering development, building a digital government, digital society, and digital economy, and ensuring national defense and security.
