Motorbike stolen on Hanoi street

A man, Dinh Ngoc Tuan, saw a motorbike parked with its keys in the ignition, feigned conversation with the owner, then suddenly rode off.

On 18/11, at 5 PM, during rush hour on Tran Dai Nghia street in Bach Mai ward, Hanoi, a motorbike theft occurred. Dinh Ngoc Tuan reportedly approached a parked motorbike with its keys in the ignition, pretended to speak to the owner, then abruptly rode away on the vehicle.
