On 23/8, Tuan 'Troc' was arrested by Dong Nai police for brandishing a knife during a land dispute in Tan Trieu ward. He is being investigated for disturbing public order.

Tuan 'Troc' has three prior convictions for drug possession, theft, and intentional injury. After serving his sentences, he resided in Tan Trieu ward and frequently assembled a group to intimidate others and engage in land disputes, disrupting public order.

Around 2:30 PM on 21/8, Tuan and his group went to the home of a resident in Hamlet 8, Tan Trieu ward, where they threatened and assaulted individuals involved in a land dispute. After causing a disturbance, the group fled.

The Criminal Police Department, in coordination with the Tan Trieu ward police, deployed dozens of officers to apprehend the suspects. A day later, investigators located Tuan and searched his residence.

The Dong Nai police stated that Tuan's arrest demonstrates the persistence and resolve of the criminal police force and reinforces public trust in their efforts to dismantle gangs involved in land disputes, a matter of significant public concern.
