On 24/1, Ca Mau Provincial Police are searching for a 70-year-old suspect from Can Tho in connection with a murder in My Tan Hamlet, Phuoc Long Commune. The victims were a 64-year-old woman and her 46-year-old daughter.

Initial investigations revealed that the suspect and the 64-year-old woman had been living together for about six years. Their relationship was marked by frequent arguments, conflicts, and jealousy.

Around 8 am today, the man called the woman's son, who resides in TP HCM, to inform him that he had killed his mother and sister, urging him to return to "handle the aftermath." The son immediately reported the incident to Phuoc Long Commune Police.

Upon arriving at the house, police discovered the bodies of the two victims.
