Police determined that the woman posted the comments due to a lack of legal understanding, not fully grasping the nature and extent of her actions. This content could be exploited to spread false information online.
During the meeting, the woman admitted her actions, voluntarily removed the comments, and signed a commitment not to repeat the offense. Police cautioned her about legal regulations concerning social media use.
Da Nang City Police advise citizens to exercise caution when posting, sharing, or commenting on social media about important political and social issues, especially election matters.
Citizens should access information from official sources and remain vigilant against misleading content online. If any information is suspected of being false, it should be promptly reported to police for handling according to regulations.
