On 14/3, Bach Mai Ward Police announced they are compiling dossiers to process those involved in a homosexual prostitution ring.

According to police, Vinh, 31 years old, from Nghe An, acted as both a broker and a direct sex worker, along with accomplices. Vinh's network began operating around January after he joined a private social media group and identified a demand for homosexual prostitution.

Each homosexual prostitution session cost 1,5 million VND per person, with Vinh receiving at least 500.000 VND. Overnight services cost 5 million VND. A unique offering in Vinh's "service package" included staff willing to livestream "hot scenes" with clients for 500.000 VND for 30 minutes.

Following an investigation, on 12/3, a task force from Bach Mai Ward Police conducted an administrative check of a room on the 4th floor of a hotel in Ta Quang Buu alley. Inside a hotel room, police discovered Vinh along with two other men, 33 and 25 years old, engaged in "leisurely activities."
