Initial information indicates that on the afternoon of 30/7, a 10-year-old girl was washing her hands in front of her house in Ea Kao ward when the man approached her.

As he neared the girl, he suddenly grabbed her hand and said, "Come here with uncle." He then hugged the girl from behind. Frightened by the stranger's suspicious actions, the girl resisted, screaming for help and calling "Mom!" The man, startled, released the girl and fled.

The family suspects the masked individual intended to kidnap the girl. However, authorities are also investigating the possibility of molestation or other malicious intent towards the victim.
