Police in Dong Thap province arrested Tuyet and Le Hoang Vu, 38, on 21/9. They are being investigated by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department for running a gambling operation on social media.

Tran Van Hieu, 24, is also believed to have been involved.

Tuyet and Vu were caught livestreaming the dice game to gamblers who placed bets online. The livestream originated from Tuyet’s home in My Hung hamlet, My Duc Tay commune, Cai Be district.

Tuyet used the account "Tuyet ty..." for the livestreams. The pair would take bets from viewers, roll the dice, and collect a commission on the winnings.

Investigators estimate that over 1 billion VND has been gambled through this operation.

Tuyet and Vu identified Hieu, a resident of My Ngai ward, Cao Lanh district, as an accomplice. Hieu admitted to assisting Tuyet.
