Ninh Hoa ward officials reported the incident occurred at noon on 18/9 at a guesthouse on Nguyen Truong To street. Police are coordinating with relevant units to investigate the cause.

Local residents said a man and a woman had just rented a room. The guesthouse manager heard screams and rushed to the room to find both guests dead, with blood on their bodies and the floor.

Police have cordoned off the area around the guesthouse and have not yet released a statement.
