On 8/9, Ho Chi Minh City police arrested Hua Duy Phuong, owner of the Phuong Ao Vang YouTube channel, and Nguyen Do Dang Tam, 38, also a YouTuber. Le Hong Khanh, 60, and Duong Trong Quoc were also arrested. All four are being investigated for disturbing public order.
Investigators are looking into the actions of several other individuals involved.

Videos of the brawl, involving several artists and YouTubers, circulated on social media before the arrests.
Police determined the fight occurred late on 4/9 at the Ca Ke Nuong restaurant on 7th Street in An Lac Ward (formerly Binh Tan District). Quoc and several friends were at the restaurant eating, drinking, and filming a video. Tam, Khanh, and others were also present.
An argument broke out between the two groups, escalating into a physical altercation. Tam hit Phuong in the head with a beer bottle, injuring him, and Quoc also attacked the other group. The fight caused a disturbance in the restaurant.
Restaurant security intervened and took the injured to the hospital.

Ho Chi Minh City police advise the public to maintain decorum and respect for others when visiting restaurants and other public places. They urge people to avoid heated arguments and physical altercations that disturb the peace.
