The program is a collaboration between Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), Gold Trust Fund (ODF), and Gia Lai Province Women Entrepreneurs Association (GAWEE). On 19/11, PNJ and ODF leaders presented 300 million VND to GAWEE representatives, providing 600 gift packages, each valued at 500,000 VND. PNJ employee voluntary contributions funded the program.

On the afternoon of 20/11, many Quy Nhon residents received free shopping vouchers, valued at 500,000 VND. These vouchers allowed them to purchase necessities, food, and household items for their families. The initiative targeted poor laborers and those in difficult circumstances directly affected by the storm. GAWEE reviewed and proposed the list of recipients.
PNJ previously implemented the 0-dong shopping model in several storm and flood-affected localities such as Thai Nguyen, Hue, and Da Nang. Hundreds of households received timely necessities, helping to ease their burden, rebuild livelihoods, and stabilize daily life after natural disasters.

The 0-dong mini-supermarket is a flagship initiative within PNJ's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, launched in 2021. In four years, the program has supported hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged people nationwide, assisting them through the Covid-19 pandemic, holidays like Tet Nguyen Dan, and periods of extensive natural disaster damage.
A company representative stated that this activity not only provides timely assistance but also continues PNJ's 37-year CSR journey, aligning with its ESG motto: "Act responsibly to sustainably honor human beauty and life."
Through projects such as: the 0-dong mini-supermarket, Cinderella Dream, Raising Awareness about Autism in Vietnamese Children, and Happy Young Families, PNJ champions social responsibility and builds a sustainable ecosystem focused on people.
A PNJ representative added, "Every activity of ours reflects the philosophy of 'placing social and customer interests within business interests', demonstrating the mission to honor human beauty and life".
