On the afternoon of 17/3, Song Ha visited a market in Huong Son district and encountered Dieu Anh, a 6-year-old girl with a sad expression, clutching a basket of cucumbers. He bought a kilogram to support her. The child filled a plastic bag and innocently said, "I don't know how to weigh yet!" Moved by her honesty, Ha gave her a 50,000 dong note and told her to keep the change.
A nearby vendor informed Ha that Dieu Anh's father had died last year in a traffic accident, leaving behind his young wife and three small children. Dieu Anh sells vegetables with her grandmother. When her grandmother is busy delivering goods to customers, Dieu Anh helps by selling alone.
"My 15-year-old daughter still relies on us for meals. Seeing a 6-year-old struggle at the market moved me deeply," Ha shared. He asked for the mother's phone number and visited their home to inquire about their situation.

The family's modest house is situated on an acacia hill in Son Tien commune. Le Thi Thuong, 34, Dieu Anh's mother, said her husband died on his way home from a night shift, leaving behind debts for building a kitchen for his parents that were not yet paid off. Difficulties compounded as her paternal grandfather, Nguyen Van Quang, suffers from kidney failure, requiring dialysis three times a week. The family also has a second daughter-in-law with a brain tumor who has undergone two surgeries.
Despite being only 6, Dieu Anh already washes dishes, sweeps the house, feeds the cows, and helps her mother care for her siblings. On weekends, she accompanies her grandmother to the market, 6 km from home, to sell vegetables harvested from their garden. "My children understand the situation and love their mother very much, even though they sometimes cry missing their father," Thuong said.

The story of Dieu Anh, shared by Ha on his personal page, quickly garnered 1.5 million views and nearly 500 shares. Over 1,000 philanthropists nationwide called to offer encouragement and donated over 240 million dong to the family. Some individuals expressed interest in providing sponsorship and adopting the three siblings.
Deeply moved by the donations, Thuong plans to use the money to pay off debts, cover her father-in-law's medical expenses, and establish a savings account for her three children's education. Recognizing that the amount was sufficient for the family to stabilize their lives, Ha proactively removed the bank account number, urging others to direct their resources to other needy families.
A representative from Tay Nam village, Son Tien commune, confirmed the family's difficult circumstances. "While local authorities regularly visit, the community's collective effort is truly a lifeline for the family at this time," the representative said.
