The flower festival at the Waterpoint urban area in Ben Luc, Tay Ninh, is designed as a gentle yet festive destination for spring outings. Running from 7/2 to 28/2, the event offers a spring flower market by the Vam Co Dong river, combining various experiential activities suitable for families and groups of friends.
Strolling along the riverside flower street
The 200 m stretch along the Vam Co Dong river is transformed with spring flowers and miniature landscapes. The welcome gate for the year of Binh Ngo (Horse) features galloping horses, creating a visual highlight and evoking the spirit of new beginnings and dynamism for the new year.

The flower street is designed as a familiar Tet stroll, where visitors can admire flowers, take photos, and explore stalls offering ornamental plants, handicrafts, and traditional folk cuisine. The 'on the pier, under the boat' setting recreates the vibrant riverside life of the Southern region, with flower boats moored along the bank, creating a suitable backdrop for early-year ao dai photo shoots.
Additionally, the 'Ma Dao Thanh Cong' (Horses Returning Successfully) check-in cluster is expected to attract many visiting families. Along the flower street, rest stops are arranged, featuring gentle acoustic performances, allowing visitors to enjoy the spring atmosphere within the riverside urban setting.

Family fun
A highlight of the spring flower festival is the interactive activities taking place on 7/2 and 8/2. Visitors, especially children, can participate in folk games, pottery making, to he (traditional toy figurine) sculpting, conical hat painting, or xin chu (asking for calligraphy) at the start of spring. These experiences create an intimate Tet atmosphere, suitable for families seeking a sense of togetherness at the beginning of the year.
After the two peak days, the flower street will remain open until 28/2, for those who wish to visit during quieter times to stroll, admire flowers, and capture spring moments by the river.

Cultural rendezvous
On 7/2, the Vietnam-Japan village area will offer Japanese Tet cultural experiences such as tea ceremony, calligraphy, traditional cake making, and Taiko drum performances. This cultural exchange is thoughtfully curated, adding experiential options without diluting the overall spring festival atmosphere.
The festive atmosphere culminates with a low-altitude fireworks display on New Year's Eve (29th of Tet). In the open riverside setting, this offers families and visitors a relaxed way to welcome the new year, avoiding the usual crowds in city centers.

According to the organizers, amidst the increasingly fast pace of life, the Waterpoint spring flower festival 2026 offers a slower-paced spring outing option, where visitors can stroll by the river, participate in traditional activities, and enjoy the Tet atmosphere in a gentle and fulfilling way.
