Grab Vietnam launches nationwide incentive program for driver partners

Grab’s two-wheel driver partners can earn up to 300,000 VND daily, while four-wheel driver partners can receive up to 12% of their daily revenue from 24/4 to 4/5.

Grab Vietnam announced today, 23/4, a substantial incentive program for its driver partners nationwide. This initiative, particularly timely for the upcoming long holiday period, aims to boost driver income and motivation, encouraging them to maintain high activity levels. This increased driver presence will enable Grab to meet the rising demand for travel and food delivery services anytime, anywhere, contributing to the vibrant pace of many cities.

Specifically, from 24/4 to 4/5, two-wheel driver partners can receive daily incentives of up to 300,000 VND, with exact amounts varying by province and city. Four-wheel driver partners, depending on their operating region, are eligible for incentives amounting to up to 12% of their daily revenue.

To address the anticipated surge in travel and tourism demand during the holidays, Grab is also offering a special incentive program for drivers completing pickups and drop-offs at public transportation hubs. This includes locations such as Tan Son Nhat Airport, Sai Gon Station, Mien Dong Bus Station, Mien Tay Bus Station, and An Suong Bus Station in Ho Chi Minh City. Similarly, in Hanoi, incentives apply to Noi Bai Airport, Ha Noi Station, Cat Linh Station - Line 2A, My Dinh Bus Station, Giap Bat Bus Station, and Nuoc Ngam Bus Station.

In addition to the generous rewards for petrol vehicle drivers, Grab continues to support all electric motorbike drivers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, encompassing both new and existing partners. Drivers who choose to switch to an electric motorbike can receive support of up to 2,5 million VND in Hanoi and up to 1 million VND in Ho Chi Minh City. This assistance helps partners save costs and confidently transition to electric vehicles.

Beyond the specified holiday period, Grab maintains its regular daily and weekly incentive programs for driver partners nationwide. Notable examples include the daily "gem" reward program for two-wheel partners, offering up to 131,000 VND daily, and the "optimization mode - turbo" program for GrabCar partners, providing up to 4% of trip revenue based on total active time.

Following these initiatives, Grab stated its commitment to implementing further incentive programs designed to increase income and improve the livelihoods of its driver partners.
