Truong Giang partners with Kun runners Hue for the fourth consecutive year

Artist Truong Giang and a lineup of key opinion leaders will participate in Kun Marathon Hue 2026, accompanying 2,500 child athletes in the race and environmental protection activities.

This marks the fourth consecutive year Truong Giang has joined the children's event in the ancient capital. Since his first participation in 2023, the artist has consistently fostered a friendly image by directly interacting with and supporting the children throughout the race. On the course, he frequently encouraged, guided, and accompanied the young athletes to complete the challenge.

This year's program features the message "Kun Protects All Species". It integrates environmental education into physical activity, helping children develop awareness of nature and animal protection. Through interactive games such as "Bringing Eggs Home", "Cleaning the Ocean", "Rescuing the Green Forest", and "Feeding Animal Friends", children naturally acquire knowledge in an accessible way.

At the event in TP HCM in March, Truong Giang stated that educating children about a love for nature should begin early through practical experiences. According to him, simple actions like caring for pets or preserving their living environment contribute to shaping a positive character in children during their developmental stages.

Kun Marathon Hue 2026 will take place at Ngo Mon Square. Here, Kun runners will tackle a nearly 1 km course with various physical challenges suitable for their abilities. Upon completing the race, each child will receive a medal recognizing their individual effort.

Following enthusiastic support over several seasons, the organizing committee decided to expand this year's event to 2,500 athletes, an additional 500 slots compared to previous years. Official registration opened at 3 PM today (10/4) on the program's website.

In addition to Truong Giang, the event will gather a lineup of key opinion leaders popular with children, including: freestyle football athletes Viet Anh and Can Minh Duc, singer-actress Ali Thuc Phuong, and content creators Meo Simmy and Mike Den.

Hue is the second leg of the Kun Marathon in 2026. With its effective model combining sports and education, the program is expected to expand to other localities such as Can Tho, Da Nang, and Nha Trang in the near future.
