Fischer is a brand owned by fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KG, a Germany-based company specializing in anchoring solutions, installation systems, and technical materials for construction and industry.
According to the brand's representative, chemical anchor adhesive products demand strict technical standards as they directly impact the bonding capacity and load-bearing strength of anchoring systems in construction projects. Using counterfeit or unverified products can compromise load-bearing capacity, affecting the safety and lifespan of structures. Users can differentiate genuine products from fakes by examining certain features on the packaging and cartridge structure.

Cap design: Genuine Fischer products feature a conical cap peak with a shoulder that slopes or angles down to the cartridge body. The cartridge neck also has a distinct embossed label. Counterfeit products, conversely, often have a flatter cap peak and a more horizontal, less sloped shoulder transitioning to the cartridge body.
Product label material: Authentic Fischer chemical anchor adhesives use a matte paper label with a dull finish. Many counterfeit products, however, use glossy plastic, which feels distinct upon direct inspection.
Packaging color: The company warns that genuine products typically feature a light blue tone. Counterfeit versions on the market may come in various colors, such as light cream, dark blue, or use older designs with a light blue shade.
Cartridge bottom shape: Genuine products have a straight, uniform, and thin bottom edge. Counterfeit items, however, often have a bulging and thicker bottom edge.
Mixing nozzle: This detail is one of the easiest to distinguish. Genuine Fischer products use a concentric ring mixing mechanism with jet support points. Many counterfeit products, conversely, employ a simpler jet model.
A Fischer representative stated that recently, counterfeit FIS EB II chemical anchor adhesive products, showing signs of brand infringement, have appeared on the market, posing significant risks to quality and technical safety.
To mitigate risks, customers, distributors, contractors, and construction units should purchase products from legitimate sources or official distributors. Additionally, users must thoroughly inspect packaging, product labels, production batch codes, and accompanying technical documents before use. Products with unusually low prices or unknown origins warrant caution.
