Around 16h30 on 28/8, an ambulance with a Ha Tinh license plate was preparing to turn into Ky Anh Town General Hospital, in Song Tri ward, when it collided with a motorbike driven by a woman traveling on National Highway 1.

After the collision, the ambulance lost control, continued into the Ky Anh Town General Hospital gate area, and knocked down a section of the fence.

The accident left the woman seriously injured, and doctors immediately took her to the emergency room.

At the scene, a concrete fence section, about 2 m high and 5 m long, had collapsed. The ambulance and motorbike suffered front-end damage, with debris scattered widely.

The Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with Song Tri Ward Police to dispatch officers to manage traffic and investigate the cause. The scene was cleared by early evening.
