The tree trunk landed on the rear of a 5-seater car parked close to the curb, denting the area behind the driver's seat. Fortunately, the canopy did not hit any passing motorcyclists.
At the time of the incident, the weather was sunny with light winds.
At the scene, the tree's root ball was dislodged from the ground, revealing shallow roots, and its foliage covered part of the road. After authorities cut the tree trunk into sections to clear the scene, the car was moved. The incident was resolved in about one hour.

In Ho Chi Minh City, incidents of trees uprooting or branches breaking occasionally occur, potentially falling onto cars, motorcycles, or blocking roads, causing property damage and disrupting traffic. In some cases, large trees or branches falling during heavy rain and strong winds have injured passersby.
