The chairman visited the Bao Dinh riverside road project, a class II, group A transport project with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND. Currently, segments 1 and 2 are under construction, but progress has been hampered by incomplete and inconsistent site clearance. The contracts, initially set for completion in March and later extended to the end of this year, are only over 60% complete.
The delegation also inspected the 44-km provincial road 864 along the Tien River, a project with a total investment of over 2,100 billion VND. Component 2 of this project, divided into three sections, has completed the 15-km stretch of provincial road 877B and the Vam Giong bridge. The remaining two sections are in the stages of material gathering and site clearance.

Mr. Tri Quang also surveyed the Tan Phu Dong wind power plant, the Go Cong sea dyke, the Soai Rap oil and gas service industrial zone, the Gia Thuan 1 and 2 industrial clusters, and the Binh Dong industrial zone.
During the inspection, Mr. Tri Quang commended the proactive involvement of the participating units. However, he emphasized the need for focused supervision and prompt resolution of difficulties hindering progress on delayed projects.
"Relevant agencies must be decisive and resolve difficulties with a 'tackle as they arise' mentality. The province will monitor, supervise, and provide timely direction," Mr. Quang stated. He also requested that investors and construction units proactively implement construction plans, expedite progress, and ensure project quality.
