Yesterday afternoon, the driver took his seven-seater car onto the beach in Binh Kien ward (formerly Phu Yen, now Dak Lak) where many people and tourists were swimming and relaxing. The car became stuck and had to be towed out.
According to Binh Kien ward officials, driving on the beach is prohibited as it poses a danger to beachgoers.
Previously, on 3/6, a 44-year-old driver was prosecuted by Phu Yen police for driving a pickup truck on Tuy Hoa beach and causing public disorder.
