Around 2h, a fire broke out in a 9th-floor apartment at the HH1 apartment building, located at 90 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan ward.

Residents of the building reported that the fire alarm rang continuously, prompting many to rush to the lobby, while some evacuated to the building's roof.

According to a Thanh Xuan ward leader, a mother and her two sons were inside the apartment when the fire occurred, but all managed to escape safely.

Less than 10 minutes after receiving the report, Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Team Area 13 of the Hanoi Police Department dispatched two fire trucks to the scene. The blaze was extinguished in approximately 10 minutes.

While there were no casualties, the fire destroyed many items within the apartment. The walls of the living room, kitchen, and balcony were blackened by smoke.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

The residential complex at 90 Nguyen Tuan, built on a 3,7 ha plot, comprises two 29-story apartment towers and 87 townhouses.
