Fire at an electronics store in central Vinh Long

An electronics store spanning hundreds of square meters in central Vinh Long province caught fire overnight, with smoke and flames spreading rapidly, causing panic among nearby residents who fled their homes.

In the early morning of 28/12, an electronics store located at the intersection of national highway 53 and 57, Phuoc Hau ward, near Vinh Long General Hospital, caught fire, with thick smoke and raging flames.

The blaze erupted in a densely populated residential area. Many households detected a burning plastic smell and smoke entering their homes, prompting them to evacuate their relatives, raise alarms, and notify the police.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause and assessing the damage.
