The Vietnam road administration announced the five toll collection sections: Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh, Chi Thanh - Van Phong, and Van Phong - Nha Trang.
These expressway sections, funded by the state budget, feature four lanes and discontinuous emergency shoulders.
Tolls will be calculated based on the actual distance traveled by vehicles and collected entirely through the electronic toll collection (etc) system.

To ensure safe and smooth toll collection, the road administration urges vehicle owners to affix etc tags and maintain sufficient funds in their traffic accounts before entering the expressway.
Drivers must adhere to road signs, follow instructions from authorities at toll collection points, and comply with vehicle load regulations.
Local authorities along the expressway are requested to intensify public awareness campaigns, deploy patrol units, manage traffic at potential congestion points, and address violations.
Previously, on 15/7, the road administration commenced toll collection for five component projects of the north-south expressway stretching from Bai Vot to Cam Lo.
Toll collection on state-funded expressway sections begins after construction completion, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of these routes.
